Why are you adding a new location?
Where is the new location?
What practices will be included at Conventus?
Will my current office be affected?
For most practices or service-lines opening in Conventus, this new office is an additional location for that practice, offering another location to care for you. A few practices and/or divisional services will be affected by the opening of Conventus and are discussed below.
If you’re a patient of UBMD Internal Medicine, the Conventus office is replacing the Buffalo General Medical Center location for Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology out-patient services. The Youngs Road location will continue to provide these services, as well.
If you’re a patient of UBMD Neurology, the Conventus office is replacing the location at Buffalo General Medical Center.
If you’re a patient of UBMD Pediatrics, the Conventus office is the new location of its Buffalo Outpatient Center, formerly at Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.
If you’re a patient of UBMD Surgery, the Conventus office is replacing the vascular services previously offered at Buffalo General Medical Center on the seventh floor.
All other practice offices are scheduled to remain open.
When is this happening?
